The aim of the project is to increase the potential of PPH KOSTRZEWA S.J. in terms of skilful management of design and increase the use of design in business, which will lead to the implementation of innovative burner for solid fuel boilers with a variable geometry in 2016.

Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno Handlowe KOSTRZEWA spółka komandytowa in partnership with the Poviat of Giżycko from March 15, 2024 is implementing the project: "Entrepreneur for students - students for entrepreneurs" No. FEWM.06.04-IZ.00-0029/23 co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the European Funds for Warmia and Mazury (FEWiM) 2021-2027, Priority 6: Education and competences ESF+ , Measure 6.4: Vocational education. The aim of the project is to acquire key competencies, professional skills and new professional qualifications by 126 students and 40 teachers through the implementation of student internships, courses, competency development activities and teacher training.
Project duration: from 15.03.2024 to 31.08.2025.
The project is aimed at 126 students and 40 teachers from the Group of Schools of Environmental Management and Agribusiness and the Group of Schools of Electronics and Information Technology in Giżycko.
The project will include the following tasks:
1. Organization of internships for 68 students studying in the occupation of mechatronics technician, economic technician, construction finishing technician, advertising technician, mechatronics technician, renewable energy devices and systems technician ().
2. Organization of a MAG and TIG welding course for 58 students of partner schools.
3. To increase the key competencies of 126 students of the Complex of Schools of Electronics and Information Technology in Giżycko and students of the Complex of Schools of Environmental Design and Agribusiness participating in the project (126 students)
4. Organization of training for 40 teachers of the School Complex of Electronics and Information Technology in Giżycko and the School Complex of Environmental Formation and Agribusiness in the field of inclusive education conducted by the exercise school.
5. Organization of 1-hour individual consultations of 126 students supported by the project (trainees and trainees) with a career counselor. Construction of the student's personal development plan. 6. Organization of a Saturday excursion for 126 students supported by the project (trainees and trainees) to the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
7. Organization with the participation of 126 schoolgirls/students (trainees and trainees) of two cultural events for the benefit of the crew of the Kostrzewa Company.
