We manufacture heating systems for the needs of the most demanding customers. Devices provided by Kostrzewa ensure high heating comfort and help to protect air quality.
For many years, we have opted for RES, and we are gradually expanding our product offer. Our broad offer of 8 kW to 300 kW biomass boilers has been expanded with an electric boiler and a proprietary heat pump with an environmentally safe cooling agent. New products from KOSTRZEWA support the heating sector transformation towards low-emission solutions.
We take care that our heating devices are characterised by high standards. Meeting the highest ecological, energy and structural standards is confirmed by the fact that our devices are eligible for increased levels of government funding.
We have implemented many investment projects of key importance to the Company’s development using EU subsidies. In the future, we will apply for a subsidy under the new Next Generation EU instrument, which promotes the development of devices using RES, planned in the EU's 2021-2027 financial perspective.
Before newly designed boilers reach the customer, they are meticulously tested in our Company lab. Our laboratory enables testing parameters of several different devices simultaneously and simulating conditions present in a residential building. Our own research space allows us to produce durable, cost-saving, failure-fee and eco-friendly heating devices.
The goal set for biomass-fired boilers has been achieved. Currently, Kostrzewa has over 200 authorised technical service points. The reaction time in 80% of servicing cases is between several and 12 hours. We are currently working on a new project – the heat pump service.
Our devices are manufactured primarily on automated production lines in a factory which has been thoroughly modernised and extended.
We systematically and consequently develop distribution sale in the country and abroad in order to best reach the customer. The demanding inhabitants of Western Europe, including the Germans who are famous for their high technical requirements, appreciate the high quality of KOSTRZEWA brand products. We teach our distributors how to help you in selecting a device that will meet your individual requirements.
Pellet boilers and heat pumps combined with PV solutions are the pillar of gaining independence of coal and natural gas in individual heating. It is in Poland's and EU's interests to support the development of heating technologies ensuring heating safety. We actively participate in the nationwide discussion on the development of technology in heating, advocating for, among others, lowering VAT for wood pellet.
For many years, the Company has been promoting eco-friendly attitudes and atmosphere-friendly heating solutions among children, youth and adults through various activities, for example an educational program for kindergartens, supporting the issue of an academic textbook for students of technical universities, maintaining an information portal dedicated to the government's “Clean Air” programme, as well as issuing Zielone Ciepło (Green Heat) magazine.
